High School and College Information
At Peninsula Baptist Church, 687 Brawley School Road,
Mooresville, NC 28117. Park and enter through the back of the
church.
Are you looking at the various opportunities for life after high
school? Are you and your high school student contemplating
the many options for earning high school credit? Do you feel a
bit burdened about creating high school transcripts, transcript
legends, homeschool profiles, etc.?
Please join us for an informal, high school and college
fair type event.
We will have various tables set up for you to peruse information and discover the answers to your questions. Gardner-Webb University, Anderson University, and
Queens College will be on hand to answer questions. Mitchell
Community College will also be available to answer questions
about career and college promise and technical pathway completion
(for your high school juniors and seniors). We will also have a
representative from Vox Bivium present to inform and answer
questions about its unique and exciting gap year
program.
Finally, we will have 3-4 homeschooling parents
(who have successfully graduated some of their children)
available to help you figure out the maze of transcripts,
recommendation letters, and the entire application process.
Come with questions prepared and be ready to glean and learn.
