Ticket price is $50 per guest and includes heavy hors d’oeuvres, beverages, ice cream dessert bar, DJ, and photo booth. Formal portraits will be available for purchase.
Prom is open to all homeschool students in 9th~12th grade. Each homeschool student may invite other 9th to 12th grade homeschooled guests and one non-homeschooled guest (must be under 21 years of age).
The prom is a formal occasion. Modest, appropriate prom attire should be worn. Gentlemen:
Suit; tuxedo; or dress slacks, buttoned-up shirt, tie and jacket. No jeans, no t-shirts.
Ladies: Modest formal wear; All dresses should have straps (spaghetti and clear are fine), whether worn with or without a sweater. All necklines should cover cleavage. The dress should not be backless or “see-through”. It should not have cut-outs or nude underlays or a bare midriff. Entire hemlines should reach the knee and skirt slits should stop before the knee.
These standards are set for modesty and comfort, especially for the dance floor.
The dress code will be enforced.
Tickets will be on sale starting February 1st through March 22nd.
Teens may request songs from the pre-approved list provided at the prom.
Please note:
This is a chaperoned event. Mature and respectful behavior is expected. Attendees agree to respect the authority of all chaperones and adult supervisors. Students will not be allowed in the parking lot before 10:15 without a chaperone.
NO tobacco, alcohol or drugs, suggestive dancing, weapons of any kind, or PDA (except for holding hands.).
